  • Cancel any order due to errors, stock issues or suspicious activity

3. Order Acceptance

Your order is confirmed only after successful payment or COD verification. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete or incorrect.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We provide free shipping across India. Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days. Delivery times may vary due to location, weather or courier delays.

BaazarWala is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer free returns for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Refunds or replacements are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Products must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on most pin codes. BaazarWala reserves the right to disable COD for users who repeatedly refuse deliveries.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on BaazarWala including logos, images, text and design belongs to BaazarWala. Copying or using our content without permission is prohibited.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Provide false information
